Condo Fees, HVAC Rental Fees and Property Taxes

The average condo fee is estimated at $208 per month when 1676 Bandwell road is completed and would gradually be reduced to $169 when all three towers are occupied. Monthly fee of $10 per Additional parking space and $3 per storage locker purchased  The HVAC rental and maintenance fee is expected to be around $100 per month. Property taxes for new development will be based on the final assessment by MPAC when the units are completed
